Who we are
Web Project Studios Limited (“we”) is the data controller. WPS Growth Lab is a service of Web Project Studios Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 06690567. Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
What we collect through the enquiry form
- Your name, business email, company name and company website.
- Your current monthly advertising budget (as a range) and your main marketing objective.
- Your phone number and any extra information, only if you choose to give them.
- Whether you asked to receive occasional marketing emails.
- Where you came from: campaign tags in the page address (UTM parameters, such as “utm_source”), the website that linked you here (its domain only), and the page you landed on. These are read when you press send and travel with your enquiry. We do not use cookies or browser storage for this.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive information such as health details. We do not buy data about you from anyone else.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- Replying to your enquiry and arranging a call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to businesses that contact us, and taking steps at your request before a possible contract.
- Understanding which campaigns bring enquiries. We use the campaign tags and referring domain to see which channels work. Legitimate interest.
- Occasional marketing emails. Only if you tick the optional box. Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us.
Who we share it with
We use the providers below to run this site. They act on our instructions. We never sell your data.

Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law allows, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum in the provider’s terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months of our last contact. If we go on to work together, the enquiry becomes part of our client records and is kept for as long as the law requires for business records. If you opted in to marketing emails, we keep your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. To do any of these, email hello@webprojectstudios.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
